The 38 pin Diagnostic port is dead (M120.983 engine) per an attempt to scan by a Mercedes repair shop, and nothing will flash on the 38 pin diagnostic port, except for pin 23 (ATA alarm, flashes once indicating no codes). If I jumper a ground wire to pin 85 of the fuel pump relay (FPR) the car starts and sounds great, but acceleration is very poor and the engine runs rich. The tach (RPM counter) doesn't work and the oil pressure gauge doesn't work, but everything else in the instrument...
