Need to find timing chain guide rail for M102.983 engine - Benz part # 1020500416

Hey folks, my 16V engine (M102.983) rebuild is now on pause as my 180K mile timing chain guide rail is too worn to use again. I cannot seem to find a replacement anywhere stateside, Europe or eBay. The Febi Bilstein part number I need is 10330 and I'd also consider buying the whole Febi timing chain kit but those don't appear to be anywhere either.
