Extended MB Warranty - some dealers say car ineligible, others say eligible. 205 C63

My factory warranty is ending on December. The car has 37K miles. I have been shopping around different dealers for pricing on the 3yr, 75K extended warranty from MB. The dealer, where the car is serviced, says my car qualifies for the MB EW and gave me a quote for $7,995. I asked for pricing from two other dealers and they have said my car is not qualified for a EW from MB and that MBUSA system does not provide a reason as to why it is ineligible.
