722.636 trans VS 722.624 trans

Hello, Im going to change transmission on my W210 E55 amg from year 2000. The gearbox in the car is a 722.624. I have found a 1999 S500 with 722.636 trans. The S500 has 306 hp and 460NM torque. My E55 has 354hp and 530NM torque. What would the differences be? Clutch packs? The valvebodies are the same (confirmed). Anyone knows?
