2006 CLS500 electric problem(lights,signals,fob)

Hey guys. My first post on this forum, just wanted to say hello to all you good people. I have a problem with my 2006 CLS500. Yesterday i got to work, shut my vehicle off and light off, I get out of the car and I see my tail light (bottom part right light) won't turn off. I went back in, started it up, got message on dash: "Display Malfunction: contact service" or something like that. Turned my light on and off and the part was still on.
