2004 E320 Mercedes Wagon Break Pads

for some reason my break pads won't sit flush inside the caliber holder the top sticks out then they'll slide out ones i drive it, i got new pads and new rotors like 3 different ones but it still doing the same thing, does it both sides but one side i ended up getting a new caliber but it still does it, any suggestions???
