OM646 Balance shaft modul delete

Hello, Has anyone deleted the balance shaft module? Do i need to plank off some oil lines or can i just unbolt it? Cant find any delete kits so i assume it can just unbolt without planking anything but im not sure... Reason i want to delete it, is because my old engine failed because sproket on the crankshaft wore out and teeth came off the sproket. Now i bought a new (used) engine and want to delete balance shaft module so it wouldnt happen with this engine. Thanks
