Circuit 30 voltage?

I've been having some charging gremlins...frequent shutdown of electrical consumers, then red warning lights etc. Did some basic troubleshooting and found a dead aux battery (it was 5+ years old), a good main battery. I've done some live data acquisition and noted the voltage at terminal 30 to be 11.45 to 11.67 volts, and the reported charging current to be under 1A. Both seem troubling if they mean what I think they do. I'm leaning toward a bad alternator / voltage regulator. Any... Circuit 30 voltage?
