Cls 350 2006 m272 engine 7G transmission

Hello i have a weird problem when i start my car it shows no letters on the dash for the gear , and Abs light comes on , and esp malfunction and there is no shifting stuck on park i turn on the ac for like 5 minutes and the letter comes back but still abs light is on i turn off the car and start again everything comes back normal normal shifting everything go back to normal after diagnosis some mechanics said its the tcm some said its the whole transmission...
