Brakes squealing after gravel road

Recently replaced all pads and rotors… Performing great, and not a hint of squeal. After spending some time on a gravel road, the brakes squeal most of the time when coming to a stop. So obviously it's the result of debris between pad and rotor. Is this likely to resolve on its own?
