Spacer question

My Lorinser RSK5 rims made for R129 came with spacers that bolted onto the wheel itself with 3 little M6x12mm socket head screws. What is this type of spacer called? It doesn't seem very safe. Should I get rid of it and buy new spacers? At the same time, it's Lorinser so why would they make such a shitty spacer for mercedes? Furthermore, the screws are stripped so I will have to replace them if I continue using them. Good idea or bad? If I do buy new spacers, I will need 30mm per wheel... Spacer question
