420SEL Camshaft Sprocket

Having a hard time finding part: Mercedes-Benz Camshaft Gear 116-052-06-01 Mercedes says that they can supply two of these in 6 months. The charge about $200 each. I see other sites that charge about $50 for the Febi Bilstein, and they say they have them in stock. I really don't want to wait 6 months. Is the Febi OK in terms of quality? If you get what you pay for, then the Febi sounds risky. Thanks
