2006 S600, M275 Chain rattling sound?

Hi, I bought a very nice 2006 S600, with only 40000 miles, and good service history. Only problem it has is a slight noise at idle, coming from the top front of the cam housing area passenger side. Sounds like chain rattling to me. Not the same noise at drivers side. No vibrations or anything, and the engine performs well. Only this idle noise..
