2007 2006 AMG SL55 shock difference

I recently bought a 2007 AMG SL55, come to find out it has a 2006 right rear shock and a 2006 left front shock I'm sure there must be a big difference due to the price of these years. This is my first SL55 that I seared for over a long time I waned the 2007 cause of all the latest features. Can someone tell me what the difference is in these shocks cause I'm looking at another $3600. to replace the two 2006 shocks.
