I've owned an '11 C300 (W204) 4-matic and now an '06 E350 Wagon (W211) 4-matic. Couldn't be happier with the E350. I've been a long time fan of the W211 body style and love the extra space in the E class. I got lucky with a well maintianed lower milage example, and I've fixed a few minor cosmetic and convenience issues that the original owner let go. I am fan of well cared for older cars.
