W210 A/C Pressure question

A/C was working well after replacing compressor and condenser for about 3 years. Then started hissing at center vents, less cold, and finally EC button comes on automatically and stays on with no cold air. #7 sensor shows 03 bar. Error code says refrigerant temp sensor is bad. I check the refrigerant on the low pressure side and it reads full.... Here are the sensor readings with temp set at 72 on both sides, engine idling. 1.
