2003 E320 Parisitic draw?

Hello, Does anybody perhaps know if a standby current of 140-180mA is normal on a E320 2003 ? If not what is the normal range? Does anyone perhaps have the wiring diagrams of this car? here is my story: I recently bought a E320 2003 and (here in South Africa) some cars have after market tracking devices installed. The problem is that these tracking companies don't ever fix these decices if they break - they just add more and leave the old ones. These devices draw power ( abt 80mA).
