Mercedes w164 ml500

Hi there, I have a 2010 ml500 w164, RHD, the problem iim having is that the drivers side heating works and the passenger just blows cold air. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so was it repairable. Thanking you in advance Ross ( from down under NZ)
