How to remove intake manifold brake vacuum port

I want to remove the plastic port that is attached to the rear of the M113 intake manifold. I suspect that the plastic port is a pressed fit. Has anyone removed this plastic port? Note that I have removed the cap (#23), the lock (#17), and the seal (#11). I want to remove the remaining plastic piece that sits inside the intake manifold.
