A friend just surprised me with this set of Euro headlights. $300. Glass isn't cracked, that's the key for me. But they need plenty of love.

One has rust I'll need to fix, and the other's wiring is busted (see the white plastic part broken off). Both will need a deep clean and new rubber gaskets most likely. What do we think, any advice on methods/parts sources? Don't know anything about these yet but game to learn...
