73 SL rear euro caliper

So I am trying to O/H my rear brake calipers, got new pads, SS hose kit and a Dorman rebuild kits. They say ATE on them and I looked at Rockauto to see how much the overhaul calipers cost. But mine look different and the hose goes in on the top. I am told my car has the anti-squat rear, that is different than the US model, so did later models come with a anti-squat rear end.
