2000 interior into 2003 car

I have found a 2003 with 75k miles that runs fine but needs an interior. My 2000 160k miles has reached the point where it has too many issues to continue pouring $$ into it. 1 question I have is this: my 2000 has heated seats the panel has 3 switches on either side of the emergency flasher button. The 2003 has only 3 buttons on this panel. Is the wiring present to just install the switch panel and seats from the 2000 into the 2003 and have the heated seats function?
