Fault Codes - related?

Fault Codes I had no problems at all then all of a sudden four different, seemingly totally unrelated problems at the same time??? P0894 - Transmission slipping P2138 - Throttle position sensor P2270 - O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean bank 1 The tailgate lock will not actuate and lock, (open and closing the tailgate works fine). It does not make sense to me, is there anyway these could be interlinked by a control unit?

4. The tailgate lock will not actuate and lock, (open and closing the tailgate works fine).

It does not make sense to me, is there anyway these could be interlinked by a control unit?
