Clicking noise during left turn

2013 R350 BlueTEC 4 MATIC, Canada I hear a clicking noise during a left turn. I jacked up the front left tire yesterday tried to shake it in all directions, no moves at all. I removed the tire and check all the bushings, tire rod, control arm, etc., didn't see any damages. Power steering fluid is full. Any idea where else shall I check?
