Reorganizing SUV forums

With our local administrator's help, Teutone, he was able to bring some organization to the SUV forums. There are a couple of minor tweaks to be made. We are aware the V167 is actually the improper nomenclature for the latest GLE. It is supposed to be W167/V167. The V167 refers to the Australian model GLE which is approx. 2.5" longer than the rest of the versions. We're working on fixing that.
