checking by brand new w206, i just saw there is a plastic cap on each hinge that each door mounted on the car. I took one off by simply pulling it and underneath there is a torx screw that is being covered by the plastic where the paintwork is really badly broken like the screw has been unscrewed. This is the same the situation at all hinges, two per door, 8 in total. So i guess that it is normal something from production process where they need to screw unscrew the bolt to remove and...
