Resistance during crank

I have an 86 SEC that I have been trying to bring back to life. Engine had a bent piston rod which I replaced as a part of the rebuild. During the rebuild, I must admit, i knocked over the box that was holding my rockers and shims. So when I put it back together, I'm not 100% they went back where they came from.
