Breaker(Fuse) F9

Figured I would ask the village their thoughts on some wiring gremlins in my 1990 SBU. Over the past few weeks I keep losing power to F9 intermittently. It's killing everything on circuit #4 in the wiring diagrams. Interior light, shift indicator, reverse light, turn signals. I have pulled and checked all the bulkhead plugs on both sides(engine/interior) and made sure power was where it was supposed to be. F9 is not blown but seems to just lose power whenever it feels like it. I can't for... Breaker(Fuse) F9
