A 200 2006 - W169

Hi All, I recently purchased this vehicle, and it does not have a Bluetooth or aux adapter. I have phoned around to the local merc dealerships near me, and all say that I need to just replace the radio. Radio model is an MF2550. The radio does have phone capabilities, but the phone adapter is not installed. How did you "Upgrade" yours? Better to get the cables or replace the radio. I dont want to loose the steering wheel function.
