ML 320 CDI circuit 15 going to ground

Bit of History .2006 ML320 CDI W164 Stopped at shop, came out full ignition lights but no glow plug and no crank. Tried spare key cranked and started but cut out within 5 seconds then no more start Once recovered home ,connected icarsoft V3 dedicated scanner ,found no communication with powertrain modules but checked all others .The only fault found was rear SAM code 9097 ( circuit 15 relay missing or short or open circuit) . Checked all fuses and relays found no switched voltage to relay KH... ML 320 CDI circuit 15 going to ground
