74 406 Doka Tug Turn Signal Help

Hello Mog Friends, My 74 406 Doka tug has a few issues around the turn signal stalk/wiring or relays. I have checks a few grounds, verified the light bulbs are good. checked the fuses. swapped out the blinker module under the dash, with still no success. Just wondering if there is a set of fuses or something else I am missing. Does the stalk wiring go to one of the connector blocks under the hood by the fuses?
