I purchased a navigation update from command online for my 2013 e class. It came as a usb stick with the code. I plug it in to my car and up on the screen came the nav system that was already installed with the new system and date that was going to be installed. the system asked for the installation key which I dually entered and the installation started. 5hrs later, with the engine still running, all I am getting is, reading data. Is this the normal course the update takes. Any help would...
