How to Test Fuel Accumulator ? 1991 500SL

Hi all! so my 1991 500SL now has 38K miles, drove it last week and noticed fuel leaking on the ground under pumps location, still need to inspect under there once I remove cover, my 91 W124 did the same thing and turned out to be leaking fuel pump, the weak link on these types of pumps is the plastic at electrical terminals , they develop cracks and leak. Mine only leaks while running, not a whole bunch of fuel but leaks on the ground. I'm going to take the whole assembly out to replace... How to Test Fuel Accumulator ? 1991 500SL
