The car starts and runs fine but when idle it bounces to low rpm but no check engine light. I replaced the fuel pumps and filter- no changes, replaced idle air controller spark plugs and ignition wires- no changes, but when taking out the ovp relay the car now jumps to high rpm and flashes the check engine light for just a second.
