My W163 2003 ML-320 FM Radio didn't Work. I sent the radio for repair to: Jimmy Chen Alpine Auto Sound 140 Hirschfield Pl New Milford, NJ 07646 201-312-2317 Jimmy fixed the FM circuit for $180.00 including return shipping of $35. Total cost to me was $206.00 including freight to New Jersey. Jimmy also has stock radios for $200.00, which is cheaper and faster than returning your existing unit.
