Codes 2203 and 1697 causing transmission limp mode

A few weeks ago, I had some occasional rough shifts got the following codes: Trans module: 2203 Internal electrical check of Component Y3/6n3 (speed sensor 3) has failed ME9.7 module: 1697 Fault in control module ETC ME9.7 module: 0522 Tumble flap open circuit sensor lines/shaft stuck in non-actuated position P2006 I have reset the codes several times, but they come back.
