Fuel Injector part number for 1973 450SL

I am trying to see if someone has a part number for a fuel injector for my 1973 450SL. I wasn't sure if there were multiple part numbers due to the VIN but mine is 107044 12 85123. When I was looking for front caliper pins to replace the ones I broke, I found that for my VIN there was a "special" part number - not available or manufactured anymore (but found one).
