Front lower control arm replacement

Should I be torquing the lower control arm nuts (the front lower and the 2 for the lower rear bracket) with our without the torsion bar connected upon lowering the vehicle on its wheels. I did it with the torsion bars connected woth slightly inaccurately adjustments. Currently it sits level with torsion bars adjusted correctly and no front sway bar attached as im wondering if I need to loosen and re torque the 3 lower control arm nuts.
