Today on my morning commute a large chunk of concrete careened off a couple cars and hit my windshield.
From what I could see of the concrete as it went by, it was nearly the size of a baseball, I'm impressed the chunk wasn't inside the car with me! Glass is now broken and I have questions, before I deal with my insurance company.
Are these windshields special in any way?
Can any glass company do the install or should it happen at a dealer?
