No power to garage door buttons.

I just recently purchased an 06 S500. I tried clear the codes for the garage door opener but the bottom light never flashes. Tried hitting the learn button on opener, and then the programming button but still doesn't work and the light on the bottom of mirror never flashes. Is there a separate fuse for this system because the dome lights in the mirror work perfectly. If so where is it located? Im new to the car and trying to get a handle on where everything is.
