What problems have you had with your 2006 S350?

I'm pulling the trigger on a 2006 S350 on Wednesday unless the PPI or something else comes up that gives me grave concern. I'm interested in hearing from owners of the 2006 S350 as to what problems they have had. The MY2006 S350 appears to be the only 6-cylinder S-series W220 sold in the USA from 2000 to present. I've read through the "pre-owned W220 buying information" sticky and the problems listed there seem to focus on older S-series models, 8-cylinder engines, and the 722.9... What problems have you had with your 2006 S350?
