After resetting service A service B exceed 8000km apperas?

I did oil service im my father MB w213 e300 and the indicator service information was properly reseted in assist menu. After this procedure immediately service B appears and I couldn't reset it. Message service confirmed not possible apperas. Why service B 8000 km exceed appears so before there was any service B information ? Please help me.
