I got my 2015 C300 4MATIC last month, and have noticed when I drive over uneven surfaces (sometimes the noise occurs when I make a hard stop) that there is a noise coming from the driver-side front door. The slight noise is intermittent but occurs daily. If I lightly press the interior door molding near where the door lock is, I can create a noise which is very similar to the noise I am hearing. I have brought the vehicle into the local MB service department and they couldn't find anything...
