2003 E-320 Radio acting up, battery dies after parking overnight

i have this 2003 E320, when i park the car overnight, the battery dies and I need to jump-start it, the battery and alternator are good,the only thing I can think of is the radio cause it turns on by itself when It is turned off, should i replace the radio or 1st there are other things to look for? edit: can i find out the radio part number by the car VIN, looks like the same models have various radios installed on them
