Thinking of buying a 1989 420SEL, need advice please.

Hi everyone, I currently have a 2010 E350 Coupe but after getting it I realized I needed another Benz, hence I started looking. I found a 1989 40SEL. That appears to be in decent condition, minor seat tear in the drivers seat, other than that the interior is pretty sound, bummed that they stuck an aftermarket audio system in it though, I would of loved to have just listened to jazz on the way to work in an absolute mob car. 2,900$, 150,000 miles, description states it has more new parts than...
