Apologies if this query has been previously addressed.
I have a 560sel with rear sls suspension and a standard 500sel without sls. It bugs me that the 560sel has a couple of extra cm's clearance extra between the wheel arch and its tire when compared to my 500sel. Question is whether the sls system is supposed to be a little higher than standard rear suspension on a w126.. any insight would be most appreciated. The springs seem all good on the 500.
