Upper brake light won't turn off??

Hi Everybody. 2008 GL320 CDI, 90,000 miles. The Upper Brake light(LED bar) and License Plate lights turn on and stay on. The Gl is parked, I click the doors locked on the Remote, and the lights turn off. Then a minute later, the License Plate Lights and the Upper Brake Light turn on. All other lights stay off. If I Click something on the FOB again, everything is back to normal for a minute, then the lights turn on again. I looked for error messages on the multi-function display, but saw...
