Smoke is coming out which looks like power steering pump seals?
Starter went out which I replaced and when I started a car, In few minutes there was smoke from under the hood. Don't think there is any relation between two but just wanted to share to not rule out if I made mistake during that repair.
Power steering pump is surely needs fluid which was low. nothing on floor so don't...
