404 engine tuning ??? help

right then how do you tune a standard 404 engine for more power ??? 1. can the head be skimmed for more compresion and how much should be removed ?? 2. can the head be ported and polished for same goal ?? 3. what is the most a rebore of the bores can be done to for extra power ?? 4. camshaft change is this posible ?? 5. carborator modds any thing there to be done ?? i am running lpg also so would need to be able to run on this . 6. exhaust manifold modds ??? can anyone help in these areas ... 404 engine tuning ??? help
