I have the option of 2 w140. 1st 1999 S420 always in Holly Wood and serviced from new by Hollywood Mercedes Benz 84 K miles long body (a real showboat) kept out of the sun some distress nothing bad. 2nd 1997 S500 60k miles 1997 s500 very pristine taken very good care. Looks perfect and no distress noted. (Not a showboat) Prices the same What are your fellows' thoughts? Terry
